Before
After
Drag it across and see the difference for yourself.
This is one of our own jobs, photographed from the same spot before we started and after we finished. Grey, open, drying out on the left. Sealed, even and protected on the right.
Every driveway on this site is a real one we have done. No stock photos, no borrowed pictures.
What we do
Four things, done properly, on driveways and parking lots.

Asphalt sealcoating
The core of what we do. A coat that shields the surface from UV, water and oil, and puts the rich black finish back on a driveway or a lot.

Crack filling
Sealer is a coating, not a filler. Open cracks let water under the asphalt, and that is what actually breaks a driveway apart. We fill first, then coat.
Line striping
Straight stalls, arrows, handicap spaces and fire lanes on a lot that has just been coated.
Asphalt repair
Patching for the spots that are past sealing, so the rest of the surface keeps its life.
Residential driveways
From a single car pad to a quarter mile of gravel-edged blacktop. We tape it off, we clean up after ourselves, and we tell you when you can park on it.
Driveways
Commercial lots
Offices, shops and churches. Seal the lot, then stripe it, so the first thing a customer sees in your parking lot is not neglect.
Parking lotsHow a job actually goes
No mystery, no surprises on the day.
You call or send the form
Tell us the town and roughly what you have. We will set a time to come look at it, usually within a few days.
We look at the actual surface
We measure it, check the cracks, look for low spots and oil stains, and tell you what the surface really needs. If sealing is not the right call, you will hear that.
We prep it properly
Blow and sweep the whole surface, clean out the cracks, fill them, and treat oil spots. This is the part that decides whether the job lasts.
We put the coat down
Cut the edges in clean, then coat the surface. Sharp lines against your grass and your garage, not overspray on the concrete.
We tape it off and tell you when
Barricade tape across the ends so nobody drives on it, and a straight answer on when you can use it again.
Where we work
Based in East Liverpool, Ohio, right where Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia meet. Most of our work is within a short drive of here.
Questions we get asked
How much does sealcoating a driveway cost?
It comes down to square footage, how much crack filling the surface needs first, and how easy the driveway is to get to. That is why the estimate is free and why we come out and look rather than quote over the phone. Call or text 330-708-9804 and we will get you a real number.
How often should a driveway be sealed?
For most residential driveways in this part of Ohio, every two to three years. Seal it too often and you build up a shell that can flake. Leave it too long and water gets underneath, which is where the expensive problems start. If you are not sure where yours sits, we will tell you honestly when we look at it.
When is the right time of year?
Sealer needs warm, dry weather to cure, so the season here runs roughly from spring through early fall. Late summer books up fastest. If you know you want it done this year, get on the list early rather than in October.
How long before I can drive on it?
Plan on staying off it for about 24 hours, longer if the weather is cool or damp. We tape the ends off before we leave so nobody drives on it by accident, and we tell you exactly when it is ready.
Do the cracks get filled before you seal?
Yes, and it matters. Sealer is a coating, not a filler. If a crack is left open, water keeps getting under the asphalt and the sealcoat sitting over it will not stop that. We fill first, then coat.
Should I seal it or is it too far gone?
There is a point where sealing a surface is just paint on a problem. If the asphalt is crumbling, sunk in, or has alligator cracking across a big area, sealing will not save it and we will say so. Sometimes the answer is a repair in one section and a seal over the rest.
