Calcutta sits just west of East Liverpool along Route 170 and US 30, which makes it one of the quickest runs we do. St. Clair Township, the developments off Bell School Road, the properties along Y and Dresden, all of it is inside easy reach.
A lot of the driveways out this way are longer than the ones in town, because there is more land. That usually works in your favour on price per square foot, but it also means edge work matters more: there is a lot of grass line, a lot of gravel shoulder, and a lot of places where a careless crew leaves overspray on the lawn. We cut those edges in by hand.
If you have a long approach drive with cracks running down the length of it, get the cracks priced separately in your head. Filling those is what buys you the years, not the coat on top.
