Asphalt repair
Some spots are past sealing. Fixing those is what keeps the rest of the surface alive.

Not every problem is a coating problem. Potholes, sunken areas and broken-up patches are the surface telling you the base underneath has given up in that spot. Coating over them does nothing.
Repairing the failed sections and then sealing the rest is usually far cheaper than replacing a whole driveway or lot, and it buys you years.
What we look at
Whether the damage is in the surface or in the base underneath. Whether it is one bad section or spread across the whole area. Whether water is collecting there, because if it is, the repair will fail again unless the drainage is dealt with.
That assessment is part of the free estimate. You get told what is actually wrong, not just a price.
When we tell you not to bother
If more than a third of a surface has failed, patching it turns into a permanent maintenance bill and the numbers stop making sense. We would rather tell you that up front than take the money and have you calling us again next spring.
About this work
Should I seal it or is it too far gone?
There is a point where sealing a surface is just paint on a problem. If the asphalt is crumbling, sunk in, or has alligator cracking across a big area, sealing will not save it and we will say so. Sometimes the answer is a repair in one section and a seal over the rest.
How much does sealcoating a driveway cost?
It comes down to square footage, how much crack filling the surface needs first, and how easy the driveway is to get to. That is why the estimate is free and why we come out and look rather than quote over the phone. Call or text 330-708-9804 and we will get you a real number.
Other things we do
Asphalt sealcoating
A fresh coat that shields the surface from UV, water and oil, and puts the rich black finish back on.
Crack filling
Cracks let water under the asphalt. Filling them first is what makes the sealcoat worth doing.
Line striping
Clean, straight parking lot lines. Stalls, arrows, handicap spaces and fire lanes.
