Line striping
A lot that has just been coated deserves lines that are straight and easy to read.
Striping is the part people actually notice. Faded, crooked stalls make a business look like nobody is paying attention, and they make the lot harder to use. Fresh lines on a fresh coat do the opposite.
We stripe lots we have sealed, and we restripe existing layouts that have worn off.
What we lay out
Standard stalls, double lines, directional arrows, handicap accessible spaces with their access aisles, fire lanes, no parking zones and curb painting.
If you are keeping the existing layout, we work off what is already there so the lot stays familiar to your regulars. If you want to change it, we can talk about how the stalls fall before anything gets painted.
Timing it around your business
A lot has to be closed while the coating cures, so the schedule matters as much as the work. We will work out with you which sections close on which day, or do the whole thing outside your opening hours, so you are not turning customers away in the middle of a Saturday.
About this work
Do you stripe lots you did not seal?
Yes. If your surface is in good shape and only the lines have faded, we can restripe it on its own.
Can you change the layout?
We can. It is worth talking through before anything goes down, because stall width and traffic flow are easier to fix on paper than after the paint is dry.
Do you do parking lots as well as driveways?
Both. We seal residential driveways and commercial lots, and we stripe lots once the surface is done. Stalls, arrows, handicap spaces and fire lanes.
Other things we do
Asphalt sealcoating
A fresh coat that shields the surface from UV, water and oil, and puts the rich black finish back on.
Crack filling
Cracks let water under the asphalt. Filling them first is what makes the sealcoat worth doing.
Asphalt repair
Patching and repair for the spots that are past sealing, so the rest of the surface keeps its life.
Get a real number for your driveway.
Tell us where you are and what you have. We come out, look at the surface, and give you a price. If sealing is not the right call, we will tell you that too.
